The trip to Marche Canard is literally "over the river and through the woods". This school is the fourth school supported by S4H. There are over 200 students from this rural village and surrounding area that receive a tuition-free education.

The 7-room school is constructed of slab wood from palm trees and a metal roof. Despite the more primative conditions, the seven teachers and principal are dedicated to their students and providing a good education.

Rosemond Derose serves as director. Len first met him when he was in his 20s still completing his primary education. With S4H's help, he has since graduated from high school, gone to school to learn English, and started this school to help other children caught in poverty.
